Seann McCombie is a Junior at the University of Maryland, double majoring in Journalism and English, with a minor in Voice Performance. He is from Frederick County, Maryland and is most interested in learning about the Baltimore criminal justice system through this program. He is looking forward to using his writing skills to write reports and benefit the Baltimore community.
