The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced updates regarding three recent police-involved shootings.
The shootings that occurred Jan. 19 on the 1100 block of Park Avenue, and Jan. 7 on the 300 block of W. Franklin Street, have been deemed justified and excluded from the 2026 non-fatal shooting count.
The shooting that occurred Dec. 16, 2025 on the 500 block of W. Lanvale Street has also been deemed justified and excluded from the 2025 non-fatal shooting count, resulting in a final yearly total of 310 non-fatal shootings.
