In reference to a homicide that occurred Dec. 28 in South Baltimore, investigators have arrested a 31-year-old resident of Baltimore County.
Davahughn Johnson was arrested in connection to the murder of Charles Brothers, 32, who was fatally shot on his birthday while in a Federal Hill parking lot near Cross Street Market.
Officers later learned Johnson shot Brothers following a verbal dispute on the 1000 block of Light Street.
On Dec. 31, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Johnson without incident while on the 500 block of St. Paul Street. Johnson was transported to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with first-degree murder.
