Police Investigating After Man Seeks Treatment for Gunshot Wound

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in Southern Baltimore.

On Jan. 1, at approximately 7 a.m., Southern District patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.

Upon arrival, officers located a 52-year-old man suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound to his hand.

At this time, investigators have yet to determine the location of the shooting.
