In reference to a fatal shooting that occurred Nov. 26 in Central Baltimore, officers have ruled the death of one of two victims a suicide.
Sampson Ladson, 30, and Yasmine Lee, 28, were found critically shot inside a car that crashed onto the 700 block of Ensor Street. Both victims were pronounced deceased later the same day.
Ladson’s death has since been ruled a suicide. The homicide investigation into Lee’s death remains open, and is currently ongoing.
