2 Victims Found Critically Shot in Crashed Car in Oldtown, Police Investigating

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a Central District homicide investigation.

On Nov. 26, at approximately 6:54 a.m., Central District patrol officers responded to the 1000 block of E. Monument Street for a reported shooting.

Officers discovered that an unidentified 30-year-old man and a 28-year-old Black woman passenger were involved in a crash in the 700 block of Ensor Street.

Medics found both victims suffering from apparent gunshot wounds inside a crashed vehicle. The victims were transported to an area hospital, where they were pronounced deceased.

The woman was later identified as Yasmine Lee, 28. The man’s name will be released once detectives have spoken with his next of kin, police reported.
