The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Western District.
On Nov. 24, at approximately 10:56 p.m., Western District officers responded to the 900 block of Poplar Grove for a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, officers found a 29-year-old female with multiple gunshot wounds. She was transported to an area hospital, where she was pronounced deceased despite medical efforts.
Shortly after, a 31-year-old male arrived at an area hospital seeking treatment for gunshot wounds. He is currently listed in critical but stable condition.
Preliminary investigations suggest that both victims were shot while on the 900 block of Poplar Grove.
