The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Northwest District.
On Nov. 23, at approximately 1:57 p.m., Northwest District patrol officers responded to the 3200 block of Chelsea Terrace for a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located the victim, who was unresponsive and suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
