Police Identify 2 Victims in Recent Homicides

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced updates in two homicide cases that occurred mid-November.

Kennard Miller, 37, was killed on Nov. 13, on the 1100 block of Marshall Street. Miller was one of two victims shot shortly before 10 p.m. near Federal Hill’s Cross Street Market. The other victim, a 35-year-old male, was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Mitchell Rhone, 33, was killed on Nov. 15, on the 1900 block of Greenmount Avenue. Police responded to a ShotSpotter alert in the area shortly before noon. Rhone was pronounced deceased at an area hospital.
