Jon Hoffman brings data expertise, deep policy experience, and a broad background in strategic development. A political scientist with a strong grounding in both quantitative and qualitative methods, his local government experience includes time as Chief of Policy and Research in the Baltimore City Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement (MONSE), Director of Research with the Baltimore City Public Schools, and in the Baltimore Police Department’s Data-Driven Strategies Division. Jon has also worked at a top-tier polling and public opinion research firm, directed and produced documentary films, and partnered on development of an award-winning educational toy.
