The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a search for 55-year-old Charles Anthony Boatwright in connection with the murder of 56-year-old Randolph Smith.
Smith was killed on July 13, in the 3900 block of Frederick Avenue.
Homicide detectives are seeking assistance in locating Boatwright.
