37-Year-Old Man Shot in West Baltimore Shortly After Midnight

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Western District.

On Sept. 8, at approximately 12:46 a.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 2200 block of Ruskin Avenue after hearing gunshots.

Once there, officers located a 37-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Western District detectives are conducting the investigation.
