The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced the death of Montrel Brooks-Davis, 18.
The incident occurred on Aug. 20, in the 5100 block of Beaufort Avenue.
Police initially responded to the 5100 block of Park Heights Avenue, where Brooks-Davis was located suffering from apparent life-threatening gunshot wounds.
