The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Western District.
On Aug. 20, at approximately 1:32 p.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 2800 block of Woodbrook Avenue for a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located Levontaye Mullen, 25, suffering from apparent life-threatening gunshot wounds.
Medics responded to the scene and transported Mullen to an area hospital, where he later died.
