Police Respond to Non-Fatal Shooting Report Downtown

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Central District.

On Aug. 1, at approximately 4:25 p.m., officers responded to the 100 block of N. Howard Street regarding a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, officers found a 44-year-old male with gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital and was last reported in stable condition.

Central District shooting detectives have taken over the investigation.
