The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Southwest District.
On July 22, at approximately 11:26 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 1100 block of Mount Holly Street.
Kayla Williams, 30, suffering from an apparent life-threatening gunshot wound. Medics pronounced the victim deceased on the scene.
Homicide detectives are actively investigating the incident.
