The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an update regarding a double homicide case. The death of the 24-year-old victim has been ruled as justified.
On June 22, at approximately 1:36 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 2200 block of Christian Street for reports of gunfire.
Officers located a 31-year-old male, unresponsive, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. In the 2100 block of Wilkens Avenue, officers found a 24-year-old male, also unresponsive, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Medics transported both victims to area hospitals, where they were both pronounced deceased.
