The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an update regarding a fatal shooting incident that occurred in the Western District.
Melvin Drummond, 29, was killed on June 11, in the 2100 block of Presbury Street.
The case has been ruled a justified homicide, as the shooter acted in self-defense.
