The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Western District.
On June 11, at approximately 1:30 p.m., Western District officers responded to the 2100 block of Presbury Street regarding a report of a shooting.
Officers arrived on the scene and located an adult male inside a residence, suffering from a gunshot wound. Medics responded to the scene and pronounced the male deceased.
A person of interest was taken into custody at the scene.
Homicide detectives have assumed control over the investigation.
