In reference to the homicide that occurred in the Southern District on June 8, investigators have arrested Melvin Scott, 32, of Baltimore.
Scott was arrested in connection with the homicide of Adam Brown, 47, that occurred in the 3400 block of Round Road.
On June 9, officers arrested Scott during a car stop in the 800 block of Seagull Avenue and transported him to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with first-degree murder.
