The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a homicide investigation in the Central District.
On May 18, at approximately 5:40 p.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of E. Madison Avenue for a non-breathing person investigation.
Upon arrival at the location, officers located an unidentified male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the back of the head.
Medics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
