Jasmine Milbourne is a senior at the University of Georgia. She is from Harpers Ferry, WV. Jasmine is majoring in Journalism with a minor in Sociology and a News Literacy Certificate in hopes of studying media bias and public perception.
She joined Baltimore Witness because she wanted to delve deeper into the criminal justice system and seek transparency for the public.
She hopes to keep the people of Baltimore informed and to create a better environment for civic discussion, government transparency and authentic reporting. Jasmine also looks forward to gaining a new understanding of the criminal justice system.
