The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Northeast District.
On May 10, at approximately 9:08 p.m., officers responded to the 4400 block of Belair Road to investigate a ShotSpotter alert.
Upon arrival at the location, officers located a 29-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the leg.
The victim was transported to an area hospital and is listed in stable condition.
Northeast District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
