The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an arrest related to a homicide in the Southeast District.
Investigators have arrested 33-year-old Sean Lloyd of Baltimore.
The incident occurred on Feb. 2, when Lloyd fatally shot 37-year-old Troy Kavanaugh in the 2500 block of East Biddle Street following a dispute.
On March 21, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Lloyd without incident and transported him to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with first-degree murder.
