The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an update regarding the fatal March 22 shooting in the 3200 block of Chelsea Terrace.
The victim has been identified as Tyshawn Simon, a Black male born on May 28, 1999.
Simon succumbed to his injuries on March 22 after being shot on March 9, in the 3200 block of Chelsea Terrace.
