Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa K. Copeland reset the trial of 21-year-old homicide defendant Cahari Ferguson to May 27. 

Ferguson and co-defendant Tyrell White are charged with two counts of first-degree murder in connection to a May 21, 2023 incident that occurred in the 2700 block of North Longwood Street. Victim Sean Neal Malik Brown, who was 21 at the time of the incident, received 23 stab wounds to his face and body and was pronounced dead the same day. 

Ferguson is represented by defense attorneys Koryn High and Jeremy Eldridge.
