The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Southwest District.
On Jan. 26, at approximately 9:58 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 3700 block of Edmondson Avenue for a report of a shooting.
Officers located an unresponsive 19-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
Medics transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment.
Due to the victim’s condition, homicide detectives have been notified.
