On Jan. 21, Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Melissa K. Copeland granted the defense’s request to postpone the trial of 24-year-old Khaleb Edmonds to June 16 as they are waiting for video evidence.
Edmonds, who is represented by defense attorney Staci Pipkin, is charged with two counts each of first-degree murder and firearm usage in a felony or violent crime, as well as one count of having a handgun on his person.
The trial was reset to June 16 and is expected to last five days.
