The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) upgraded a questionable death investigation in the Southeast District to a homicide.
On Jan. 19, at approximately 12:09 a.m., medics responded to the 3700 block of E. Baltimore Street for an unresponsive male.
Medics arrived at the scene and transported the victim, a 44-year-old male, to Bayview Hospital for treatment. Despite medical treatment, the victim was pronounced deceased.
The victim showed signs of trauma and homicide detectives responded to the scene to investigate.
