On Jan. 15, 23-year-old Hannah Vaught pleaded guilty to accessory after the fact before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Jennifer B. Schiffer.
Vaught was charged in connection with a March 25, 2023 shooting that occurred on the 7200 block of Harford Road, where she was dropping 50-year-old Damian Palmer off at Freddie’s Bar and Grill.
When the victim neared Vaught’s car, Palmer confronted and shot him in the right hand, stomach and knee. Despite the defense’s attempts to claim a lack of evidence in proving Palmer to be the shooter, a jury found Palmer guilty of attempted murder on Jan. 16, 2024.
Vaught agreed to the state’s offer of five years, suspending all but time served since June 20, 2024, and three years of supervised probation.
Vaught was represented by Marc L. Zayon.
