In return for dropping other charges a defendant pleaded guilty to one count of firearm possession in a crime of violence before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Paul J. Cucuzzella.
Delvon Harrod was originally charged with firearm possession, having a loaded handgun on purpose, carrying a handgun within 100 yards of a public place, and firing a gun within Baltimore City for an incident in May. 7 of last year.
Delvon Harrod, 28, faces five years without possibility of parole. Defense attorney Andre Mahasa represented Harrod.
