2 Male Victims Shot in Northwest District, BPD Opens Investigation

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Northwest District.

On Jan. 5, at approximately 8:37 p.m., officers responded to the 1600 block of Bloomingdale Road following multiple calls reporting a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers found an unidentified male victim with apparent gunshot wounds. A second unidentified male victim was found on the 2800 block of Presstman Street, also suffering from a gunshot wound.

Both victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment. One victim is in critical condition, while the other is in stable condition.

Preliminary investigation indicated that both victims were shot in the 1600 block of Bloomingdale Road.
