Police Investigate Shooting Between Roommates

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an investigation into a shooting in the Southern District.

On Nov 25, at approximately 5:30 p.m., officers responded to the 1100 block of Scott Street for a reported shooting.

Officers located a 53-year-old male victim inside a residence with multiple gunshot wounds to the shoulder and buttock. The victim was transported to an area hospital and is listed in stable condition.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim had an altercation with his roommate who shot him. The suspect then fled the location.

Southern District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
