The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced the death of a 19-year-old female victim who succumbed to gunshot wounds on Nov. 7 on the unit block of West Hamburg Street.
According to a press release, officers discovered the female and a 28-year-old male victim, who was also suffering from gunshot wounds, were shot on the same block on Oct. 27.
