The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) responded to a reported gunfire on Nov. 3, on the 1500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered an unresponsive adult female victim with gunshot wounds, who was later transported for treatment at an area hospital.
