On Oct. 7, members of the Warrant Apprehension Task Force arrested 43-year-old Eric Kibler.
Baltimore Police Department detectives were able to positively identify Kibler as the shooter who killed 36-year-old Anthony Martin on the 1300 block of North Spring Street on Aug. 18, 2024.
Eric Kibler was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he was charged with first-degree murder and additional charges.
