A trio of co-defendants received a 2025 trial date for spring shooting Friday, Sept. 20, in Baltimore City Circuit Court.

Jermaine Johnson, Khyree White and Tyuan White are each facing 33 charges, including attempted first- and second-degree murder, assault, handgun violations, theft between $25,000 and $100,000 and unauthorized removal of a motor vehicle among others.

The prosecutor said she had not had time to relay a plea offer since the co-defendants’ cases were joined on Sept. 6.

Judge Melissa M. Phinn scheduled their six-day trial to begin on Jan. 15, 2025. A judge has not yet been assigned to preside over the case.

Khyree White was represented by Andrew Alperstein, Tyuan White by Jason Silverstein and Johnson by Marci T. Johnson

Per previous Baltimore Witness reporting, the co-defendants allegedly shot at a woman inside her vehicle, leaving 14 shell casings on the scene and 16 bullet holes in the vehicle.
