Patrol Officers Respond to Woman Suffering From Gunshot Wound

On Aug. 31, at approximately 10:09 p.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to the 1800 block of East North Avenue, to investigate a reported shooting. 

Upon arrival, Baltimore Police Department officers located 30-year-old female victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the back. The victim was transported to area hospitals and is listed in stable condition.

Eastern District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact Eastern District Shooting detectives at 410-396-2433.
