75-Year-Old Woman Killed in Fatal Vehicle Crash Near Pimlico Race Course

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced an investigation into a fatal vehicle crash that occurred Tuesday night, near the Pimlico Race Course in Northwest Baltimore.

On Dec. 2, at approximately 10:05 p.m., officers responded to a report of a vehicle crash on the 3100 block of W. Northern Parkway that resulted in injuries.

Upon arrival, officers discovered a collision involving a 2018 Tesla and a 2020 Nissan.

Medics provided immediate assistance to the 75-year-old woman who was driving the Nissan. She was transported to an area hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.

The 31-year-old man who was driving the Tesla was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, along with a 7-year-old passenger.

BPD Crash Team detectives are currently investigating the incident.
