On Nov. 21, at approximately 8:48 a.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to the 1900 block of Belair Road, for a report of a shooting.
Once there, officers located a 61-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the arm.
The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Eastern District detectives are asking anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2433 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.
