The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting from earlier this afternoon on Jan. 12.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 600 block of Gusryan Avenue at approximately 12:08 p.m. for reports of shots being fired, where they found a 51-year-old man suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds inside of a vehicle.
Medics took the victim to an area hospital, where he later died.
