5-Year-Old Girl Struck Critically by Tow Truck on Aisquith Street

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a pedestrian-involved crash in the Eastern District.

On Aug. 18, at approximately 7:50 p.m., Eastern District patrol officers responded to the 1800 block of Aisquith Street for a report of a child struck by a vehicle.

Officers learned that a 5-year-old female was struck by a tow truck after the child stepped into the roadway.

The 5-year-old victim was transported to an area hospital, where she is listed in critical condition, with multiple injuries.

The driver of the tow truck remained on the scene.

Crash Team detectives are investigating this incident.
