The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting in the early morning hours on Jan. 13.
According to a news release, Eastern district patrol officers were called to the 1200 block of North Eden Street at approximately 3:12 a.m. after receiving several alerts from a shot spotter. Later a 49-year-old male victim walked into an area hospital looking for help for multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim is in a stable condition, police said.
