The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on July 18.
According to a press release, officers were called to the 800 block of W. Lexington Street around 10:30 a.m. Upon arrival, officers found a man with multiple gunshot wounds.
The 45-year-old victim was taken to Shock Trauma, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
