In reference to a homicide that occurred Sept. 30 on the 3700 block of 5th Street, investigators have arrested a 45-year-old male suspect.
Devin Ash, 45, was arrested Oct. 1 in connection to the murder of Marlon Pugh, 35.
Police responding to the incident location at approximately 3:27 p.m. found Pugh suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his body. Pugh was transported to an area hospital, where he was pronounced deceased by hospital staff.
Ash was transported to the Central Booking & Intake Facility, where he was charged with first-degree murder.
