A 41-year-old man was taken to a hospital in critical condition on Sept. 29 after he was shot multiple times in Northwest Baltimore.

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting on Wednesday when they were called to a medical clinic on the 2400 block of Cylburn Avenue around 12:12 p.m. for reports of a walk-in shooting victim, a news release reported. Officers found the victim with gunshot wounds to his lower back and left arm.

The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment and listed in critical condition.

Police said the shooting occurred on the 5200 block of St. Charles Street.
