40-Year-Old Man Shot in Leg in North Baltimore, Police Investigating

The Baltimore Police Department (BPD) announced a shooting investigation in the Northwest District.

On Dec. 17, at approximately 3:19 p.m., officers responded to an area hospital for a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment.

Upon arrival, officers located a 40-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the leg. The victim is listed in stable condition.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was in the area of Reisterstown Road and Quantico Avenue when he was shot.

Northwest District shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control of the investigation.
