The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting in the evening on March 18.
According to a news release, officers were called to the 3100 block of Frederick Avenue at approximately 8:37 p.m. for reports of shots being fired, where they found evidence of discharging but no victim.
A short time later, officers received a call for a shooting victim who walked into an area hospital seeking treatment, a 35-year-old man who had been shot in his back with non-life threatening injuries.
