The Baltimore Police Department arrested a 35-year-old man in connection to a homicide nearly a month after a fatal shooting.
According to a news release, Maurice Timothy Jones was arrested and charged with first-degree murder on Oct. 6. Jones is allegedly involved in the death of 31-year-old Seth Tunstall, who was shot multiple times on Sept. 7.
Police said they were called to the 600 block of Cherry Hill Road around 4:50 p.m. when they found Tunstall. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
Jones is currently being held at the Baltimore City Central Booking Intake Facility.
