33-Year-Old Man Found Shot in Groin

The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a walk-in shooting victim in the afternoon on May 19. 

According to a news release, patrol officers were called to an area hospital for a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment around 12:55 p.m., where they found a 33-year-old man suffering from an apparent non-life threatening gunshot to the groin. 

A preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot approximately 5 days ago in the area of Longwood/ Reyner Avenue. The victim took himself to the hospital advising the nursing staff of groin pain.
